BOOKINGS

To protect both your time and ours, we require a 30% deposit (calculated from your quoted service price). This deposit is refundable or transferable up to at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking.

DEPOSIT SYSTEM

As with any small business, we occasionally face unexpected challenges, with no-shows and cancellations being among the most significant. We understand that emergencies arise or schedules can unexpectedly change. To help mitigate this, our booking system—like many others in the industry—requires a 30% deposit of the service fee to confirm your appointment. This deposit is credited towards your total at checkout.

APPOINTMENT PUNCTUALITY

We schedule all appointments based on the services being provided and do our best to accommodate minor delays. However, we are unable to accept arrivals more than 15 minutes late. If you arrive after this time, we may need to adjust the service booked.

CANCELLING / RESCHEDULING

We kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Deposits are refundable or transferable to a future booking if canceled or rescheduled within this time frame. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a charge of 30% of the total service fee, as outlined in our Booking Terms & Conditions.

NO SHOWS

We endeavour to remind you 3 days before your appointment with an SMS requesting confirmation. If we don't receive a response, we'll follow up with the contact details you’ve provided, 48 hours prior to your appointment. If we still don’t hear from you, we’ll reach out again 24 hours before your booking. Failure to confirm may result in your appointment being canceled and offered to our waiting list. Please note that no-show appointments will incur a charge of 30% of the service cost, as we are unable to fill the time slot on such short notice.

CHANGE OF SERVICES

We completely understand that plans can change. However, since we allocate specific time slots for each client, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any significant service changes. Changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur the full service charge.
